Challenge:

The brand was a well known brand and I was challenged to help grow and maintain the audience engagement rate throughout the year. I was hired as the Social Media Executive that works well in the social media team.

Solution:

We managed to grow the brand's social media presence on various platforms to over 30,000 followers. This was done in a year through social media marketing strategies, collaboration, social media campaigns, giveaways, brands partnerships and user generated contents.

Results:

Throughout my tenure at SAYS, I helped grow the followers to over 30,000 followers in various platforms. This was done primarily through facebook, instagram, tiktok and telegram.

 

I helped and publish daily contents (e.g. original text, images, and videos) thats always stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices. Social media management softwares was also used as the fourth player under a 3 man's team such as Creator Studio and Sproud Social.

The brand stays and maintain to grow as a well-known digital brand in across all platform of social media. It now have gained over 39 milion reached with over 4.5 million engagement. The audience was more of a women's interest with 59 percent and men with 40 percent.
