Kingsmen Barbershop
Challenge:
Client had just opened a new branch with zero social media presence, no customers, and no awareness. I was the only person handling marketing, responsible for launching and growing the brand from scratch — while also managing the original branch’s digital presence.

Solution:
I launched client’s social media profile, created all content in-house, and developed monthly content calendars. I ran paid ads, organized promos (like 40% off colouring), collaborated with KOLs, and focused on content that blended hair transformations, lifestyle storytelling, and seasonal campaigns.

Results:
The brand presence grew rapidly across all platforms. The brand reached over 1.2 million people, gained more than 1.4 million total video views, and increased organic reach by 200%.
Our follower count outperformed most competitors, growing to 371 while others typically averaged around 99. Content engagement averaged 2.9k per post, compared to 1.1k for similar barbershops.

Thanks to this digital growth, Kingsmen became one of the Top 10 most recognized barbershops in Malaysia, well-known not only for its grooming services but also for its modern, stylish, and lifestyle-focused brand identity — all built from scratch through a one-person marketing effort.
